"I have recently attended the DISC profiling training and conference coordinated by Trudy Di Cola. I found the conference to be interesting, informative and beneficial to me in my role as Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics. I am responsible for training, motivation and inspiring my unit of 60 Independent Beauty Consultants. The DISC profiling has assisted me in my response to my consultants, enabling me to be aware of how to relay information to them. It has helped me to inspire them as individuals. what their 'hot buttons" are. This training has also assisted me in my sales and recruiting role with my customers for e.g.: Give detailed information to "C's", sensitivity to "S's", fun and social aspects to "I's" and to let "D's" feel in control.
