Trudy Di Cola, the Director of Zanzoo Sales Solutions has been in sales and sales management for over 20 years and all over Australia. Her experience is with all facets of sales, ie retail sales, direct sales and merchandising, pharmaceutical sales, indirect sales, telephone sales, even selling by video-conferencing! Her expertise however is with commission-only sales and it was her success in Cairns, Townsville and Far North Queensland (FNQ) that saw her become a State and then National Sales Manager, in which she then learned her skills with recruiting sales people.

Zanzoo Sales Solutions specialize in sales, and Trudy has been doing it for decades! With Trudy doing your sales recruitment, you are represented by a true sales professional, who knows the difference between the sales consultants who “blow wind in their own sails” and those who are actually sales performers. Trudy is also Nationally Accredited with “DiSC Behavioural Profiling” which makes her an expert in reading sales candidates. Having been the National Sales Manager for a publically-listed pharmaceutical company, Trudy knows how time-consuming and labourious it is to find a decent sales employee. We have practical understanding and experience in the significant issues of the process of attracting, assessing, hiring, inducting, training and managing successful sales consultants.

The Zanzoo Sales Recruitment process is as follows:

• Meet with the company/business sales managers/directors to identify and clarify the type of sales person which will fit with the company ethics and values. We will also need to illustrate what the expected sales outcomes are for the sales position on offer, and what their pay structure will be.
• Assist with advertising and provide advice on how best to attract sales professionals. Zanzoo Sales Recruitment can either place the advertisement on your behalf, or provide assistance for you to place it yourself.
• Trudy Di Cola will receive all initial telephone and e-mail enquiries.
• Based on Resumes received discussions through phone enquiries, Trudy will create a short-list.
• Zanzoo Sales Recruitment will conduct all preliminary interviews face-to-face, either within your business premises, or at the “Zanzoo ConferenZ Rooms”.
• Trudy will arrange for the final (2-4) sales candidates to be interviewed by the sales managers/directors of your company.

Zanzoo Sales Recruitments charges are simply on a FEE FOR SERVICE basis! That means that you only pay for whatever time it takes to find the perfect sales consultant.
